Please read these terms before using AurumSafe.

AurumSafe is operated by Rhombus Technologies Pte. Ltd., registered in Singapore. By downloading or using the AurumSafe app or website at www.aurumsafe.com, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use AurumSafe. By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. Please notify us immediately at support@aurumsafe.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
You agree to use AurumSafe only for lawful personal purposes. You must not:
You own all the photos, documents, and data you add to AurumSafe. By uploading content, you give us permission to store and display it solely to provide the service to you. We will never use your content for any other purpose.
Gold prices shown in AurumSafe are estimates based on live market data with a local retail adjustment. They are for reference only and may not exactly match your jeweller's price on any given day. AurumSafe does not provide financial, insurance, or appraisal advice. Always consult a professional for official valuations.
If you choose to share your vault with family members or trusted contacts, you are responsible for that decision. You can remove access at any time from within the app.
We aim to keep AurumSafe running reliably, but we cannot guarantee the app will always be available. We may occasionally perform maintenance or updates.
AurumSafe offers a free plan and optional paid plans (Premium and Family). All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. To cancel a subscription, go to iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under their App Store refund policy. We will give at least 30 days' notice before changing subscription prices.
We protect your data using AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS encryption in transit. Your data is stored on secure cloud servers hosted by Amazon Web Services in Singapore.
AurumSafe is provided as-is. We are not responsible for any loss of data, financial loss, or other damages arising from your use of the app. Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, or SGD $70, whichever is greater.
You can delete your account at any time from within the app. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. We may also suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved under Singapore law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of important changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
